What if I receive a damaged item?

Almost all our products are shipped in wooden crate to prevent product damages. But all orders are to be inspected upon arrival.

In the unfortunate event that damage does occur the delivery receipt must be marked "Damaged" and reported to eplastUSA immediately. You should mark the receipt for any and all exterior damage that is visible.

Moreover, the more documentation we receive the better it is: take some good pictures so we are able to fast-process your request.

 

If at the time of delivery, the delivery receipt is signed merchandise is received in good condition any damage or discrepancy claims will be denied. We strongly suggest you inspect the merchandise before the receipt is signed.
